Hawkeye Helicopter is seeking highly qualified candidates to apply for the role of Director of Maintenance. Hawkeye has a diverse fleet of 12 helicopters, including Bell 206/407, MD500 series, and UH60 airframes. We are seeking the right individual that has qualified experience and good organizational and management skills. Hawkeye is a growing family-owned company with no corporate bureaucracy, great team camaraderie, and a conservative mentality.
This position will be based in Central Kentucky (Lexington) with other maintenance support operations in Eastern Kansas (KC area). The successful candidate will be responsible for the company maintenance program and proficient in managing aircraft maintenance schedules, upkeeping logs and component tracking, parts ordering, and managing a staff of mechanics.
Compensation will be market rate or better based on experience, negotiable, with retention and recurring performance bonus. We are willing to highly compensate for the right person that is top notch. Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k match. Very generous and flexible paid vacation policy.

Hawkeye is seeking qualified helicopter mechanics to fill multiple positions. We are looking for experienced A&P mechanics with Bell and/or MD experience.
Hawkeye is a great company to work for with no corporate bureaucracy and a conservative mentality. We are a growing family-owned business operating 30+ aircraft throughout the US. Our current helicopter fleet consists of 12 helicopters comprised of mostly Bell and MD airframes (B206/B407/MD500) and one UH60.
The primary work locations will be Central Kentucky (Lexington) and Eastern Kansas (KC area). Full-time and/or rotational positions can be discussed. Will require travel at times depending on mission parameters; a company vehicle will be provided.
Compensation will be market rate or better based on experience, negotiable, with a signing bonus, retention bonus, and recurring performance bonus. Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k match. Very generous and flexible paid vacation policy for full-time employees.
